"I think you have a real gem in Anaida. She was friendly and informative and the thing that struck me the most about her was that she put me on hold 5 times to question a more experienced agent about questions I had asked as she divulged to me that she was a new agent. Having been the owner in a large internal medicine group, I always stressed to my staff, especially the new ones, that if they weren’t sure of the answer that they ask for help and of course that’s how they learn. I’ve seen many employees try to answer questions that they really didn’t know the right answer to to expedite the call even though that is not in the best interest of the customer or the company. Hang on to this one"
