"All I can say is Alexia is a life safer. AAA had canceled our insurance without notifying us. When I called and ask why did they canceled our policy, there was no answer. They kept sending me to different supervisor without anyone telling me why. I contacted Alexis, and when I say the process was so smooth is an understatement. The attention to details that was given to my wife and I was outstanding. It's was like she was creating a policy for herself. If I can give her 20 stars, I would. "I’ve been with AAA for four years and all the sudden they doubled my insurance payment. I contacted Justin and Alexia Emerson Firm under State Farm and he took care of everything for me and cut my payment in half. He took care of sending me all the paperwork, calling the insurance company and helping me cancel my insurance with AAA. Really took care of everything and that is why they have my homeowners policy too.
